Original pattern of the famous Adams dryfly.

I don’t have to introduce the Adams; It is presumably the most famous fly in history. You can find it in the flyboxes of fly fisher all over the world and wherever you can find trout. It is not exaggerated to say, that with Adams and all variations more trout were caught than with any other fly. It can be used everywhere. With its grey-brown color it imitates acceptable food in all trout waters. A lot of flyfisher would select the Adams, if they are allowed to use only one fly.
