Adams variations
The Adams needs no introduction; it is probably the most famous fly in history. it can be found in the fly boxes of fly fishermen all over the world, wherever trout are found. It is probably no exaggeration to say that more trout have been caught with the Adams, in all its variations, than with any other fly. It can actually be used anywhere. With the gray-brown color scheme, it imitates acceptable forage in all trout waters. Many fishermen would choose the Adams if they were only allowed to use one pattern.
