Theodore Gordon brought the fly to America from England. It is fished extensively. The difference to the English original lies on the one hand in the tying method and on the other hand in the materials. The dubbing here consists of a mixture of white, yellow and pink wool. Especially the smaller sizes are very good grayling flies. The fly is a good all-round fly for bright mayflies.
